To return an order for whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount excluding shipping costs, import duties, taxes or fees and a 20% re-stocking fee. The costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. Consult your local carrier for the rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging. To use this right you can contact us ‘Contact us!’ link. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged whether the package is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this value reduction of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged with a return.

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product. "
