How long will it take to get my item?

Within Australia usually 5-12 business days if not delayed.
Internationally, usually 3-5 weeks if not delayed.

What countries do you post to?

We ship to most countries worldwide; at checkout it will say if we don’t.
We do not send to mail forwarding addresses.

Do i have to pay any import duties and taxes?

With small sticker orders you may have the option to select untracked economy shipping. These orders are sent as a letter directly to your address. Tracked orders may incur Import duties and taxes. Will my order be sent tracked?

With small sticker orders you will have an option to select economy or tracked shipping.

Larger orders and acrylic accessories are sent tracked only.

Do you do customs?

We provide awesome quality products and are kept very busy. Unfortunately, we don’t have time for custom jobs however if you have an unused vintage sticker sheet that we can produce for other collectors we would be interested.

I have a vintage toy sticker sheet that i don’t want to use, can you reproduce it for me?

If it is a sticker sheet that we can use for other collectors, we would be interested in reproducing it. Basically, we would just need a scan of the sheet. Contact us in the link below and if we can use it, we will send you the scan setting requirements. Once done we will send you a free copy to say thanks!
